No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 8 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 8 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).

LINENS:
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.
Beach towels are not provided.

PETS/ANIMALS:
This is a pet-friendly home. A maximum of 2 dogs allowed, with an additional fee of $35/per night, per pet, plus tax.
PET POLICY IS FIRM.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:
Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $42 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.
The entire fee goes to PML HOA.

Yosemite Region Resorts is NOT associated with Pine Mountain Lake in any way. Access permits are non-refundable and we cannot waive this fee.
A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees, as per PMLA.

OUTDOOR FIRES:
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

BBQ:
Charcoal is not provided for guest use (if applicable).
Guest is responsible for BBQ supplies.

FIREWOOD:
Firewood is not provided for guest use.

STAIRS:
This property has interior stairway.
There are a couple of steps from the driveway to the front door.

CHILDREN:
Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks.
Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof.

Large level driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles.

CELEBRATION DEBRIS:
Confetti is not allowed in or around the property.
Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the departure cleaning fee.
Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean any celebration debris.
